Worksite Wellness Coaching Days provide employees who work long hours sitting at their desks with the opportunity to experience 15 to 30 minute one-on-one health & wellness consultation conducted by a Certified Health Coach. Employees will work to achieve wellness goals such as losing weight, increasing energy, or naturally alleviating symptoms of digestive distress. They also focus on disease prevention, reducing stress, and creating balance in all areas of life. At the end of every coaching session, each employee will have healthy lifestyle actions steps in the areas that most needed attention. Coaching days are available a la carte or in series of 6- monthly, biweekly, or weekly.
